Livestock ID Deadline\Livestock Project Add\Drop Deadline

  • All animals requiring 4-H Animal Identification must be identified in 4-HOnline

  • May 15

Fair Entry Deadline\Non Livestock Project Add\Drop Deadline

  • June 26, 2026

  • All exhibits must be entered into FairEntry for the county of exhibition. This serves as the “drop/add” deadline for 4-H projects.

  • Livestock projects must identify classes of exhibition. Those missing this deadline may be allowed to exhibit and will have opportunities to receive feedback from the exhibition class at the discretion of the Extension Office and Superintendent. Youth may still participate fully in showmanship classes.

  • Non-livestock projects must identify classes of exhibition.   The ability to participate for those missing the deadline is at the discretion of the Extension office No entries are accepted past the start of judging.

YQCA/Animal Quality Care Completion Deadline:

  • June 26, 2026

  • 4-H’ers exhibiting beef, dairy, swine, goats, sheep, rabbits, and poultry must complete Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care or Youth for the Quality Care for Animals (YQCA).
